EMS Qualification Requirements

You are eligible to become a volunteer EMS provider if you meet the following criteria:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
Must be clean and neat in appearance
Must be of sound physical and mental condition, capable of performing all assigned duties
Must complete ALL portions of the application before review for approval/disapproval by the Chief
