Please congratulate Doris Foster for being selected as the Virginia Gilpin Distinguished Service Award this year.  We will present this award to Doris at our Annual Board Meeting scheduled for the evening of December 1st.

Currently, she serves the Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad as a support member, with multiple leadership roles, such as historian, awards coordinator and a member of their Longevity Committee. Congratulations!

Doris Foster epitomizes” Service Above Self’. A volunteer in the city of Virginia Beach since 1975, Doris has milestone accomplishments in aiding the advancement of emergency medical response.
