With COVID-19 infections on the rise in our neighborhoods, our medical community is as important as ever.

In close partnership with Virginia Beach EMS and the City of Virginia Beach, the Volunteer Rescue Squads of Virginia Beach continue to serve the public daily by assisting our community with emergency needs related to COVID-19 in addition to all of the other emergency situations they routinely handle.

Virginia Beach EMS is the largest volunteer-based EMS system in the world and is comprised of 10 independent volunteer rescue squads, supplemented by career Paramedics. This system relies on well-trained, skilled and dedicated members as well as the generosity of community donors.

Thank you for your support and thank you to our members for your continued dedication, particularly during these most challenging times.
